SMS Terms and Conditions

By affirmatively opting in to The Hope Community's text messaging program, you agree to receive recurring SMS or MMS messages from Cork Methodist Church, doing business as The Hope Community. Messages may include church updates, event reminders, schedule changes, volunteer coordination, pastoral follow-up, and direct responses to your questions.

Participation is optional and is not a condition of attending church, registering for an event, donating, or receiving church services. Message frequency varies according to your involvement and requests. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Stopping messages and getting help

To stop messages, reply STOP at any time. You may receive one confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again. For help, reply HELP, email pastor@thehopecommunity.org, or call (813) 704-4873.

Eligibility and program changes

You must be the account holder or have the account holder's permission to enroll a mobile number. Keep your contact information current. The Hope Community may suspend or end the program, change message frequency, or update these terms when reasonably necessary. Continued participation after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Privacy

Your privacy is governed by The Hope Community SMS Privacy Policy. Mobile information and SMS consent will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
